Bardd, nofelydd a dramodydd Gwyddelig yn ysgrifennu yn yr iaith Saesneg oedd Oscar Fingal O'Flahertie Wills Wilde (16 Hydref 1854 - 30 Tachwedd 1900).
Cafodd ei eni yn 21 Westland Row, Nulyn, Iwerddon ac astudiodd yng Ngoleg Y Drindod yn y ddinas.
Bu farw Wilde ym Mharis, Frainc a chladdwyd ef ym mynwent Pere-Lachaise yno.
