Poleshuks (Wcreineg поліщуки / polishchuki)^[1] yw'r enw a roddir i'r bobl a wnaeth boblogi corsydd yn yr ardal Polesia ^[2]. Mae'r iaith Poleshuk yn agos at y Rusyn, Wcreineg, ac ieithoedd Belarwseg.^[1]

Meithriniwyd ymdeimlad o genedlaetholdeb yn y Poleshuks yn ystod yr Ail Ryfel Byd a'r blynyddoedd wedyn, a chant eu cydnabod yn grŵp gwahanol iawn, ers hynny.^[1]
