@Llywelyn2000: Fairly evident that there is a concerted and knowledgeable xwiki campaign in many WPs, even in small wikis, to create these articles, and the corresponding aspects in Wikidata. Numbers of new user accounts, with no edits outside of the set of interest, involved in the process would indicate that this is an attempt at forced notability, rather than something coming from the community.
