On the coutry pages in this wicipedia, the standard for the first paragraph isusual in the format:
Gwlad yn canol Ewrop yw official name translated into Welsh neu short name in welsh [usually same as article title] (hefyd alternate transliteration of short country name a/ac another alternate transliteration of short country name). See Azerbaijan for an example.
