Hi my friend!
We are a bilingual nation, so everybody who speak Welsh / Cymraeg understand English (even my grandmother!) this means that we prefer some things in the original language eg titles of English films should be in English. If a film / book is in Italian, then we can either have it in the original language (Italian) or in Welsh. If the English version is notable / known by all, then we will stoop that low and have the English version - but this doesn't happen very often! The same isn't true about English quotes. For some reason, they are translated into Welsh, although, personally I prefer reading the exact quote, the English version, as many things are lost in translation.
