English: Larry Carpenter (born 1933) is an American retired broadcaster, businessman and politician. Originally from Loudonville, Ohio, Carpenter is best known for his activities in Fairbanks, Alaska in the 1970s. He was the news director for Augie Hiebert's Fairbanks-based stations KTVF and KFRB (now KCBF and was representing Fairbanks as a Republican member of the Alaska House of Representatives at the time of this photo.
