ói bore da! Sorry this is the only thing I'm able to write in Welsh for now. I'm Claudi Balaguer, member of a Catalan association "Amical de la Viquipèdia" which is trying to become a Chapter but has seen this rejected because it doesn't belong to a/one state! Since you're Welsh you understand too well what it is to be a speaker of a minorized language.
