Clearing House (forcirculating specimens), pet houses, insectary, photographgallery, experimental rooms, offices, lecture hall, etc. Withinthe court made by the surrounding buildings are to be agarden and plant beds for experimental purposes. In brief, it is to be an epitome of the essential featuresof zoological park, biological laboratories and experimentalhorticultural grounds. If the experiment proves a success upon two years trial,it is promised that the entire equipment will be rebuilt inlarger fireproof buildings (with more extended equipmentsfor study and experiment). The tests of success are thecooperation and interest of naturalists of all ages in all partsof the world.
