Many thanks for your translation, I wish I knew some Welsh to write a little bit but unfortunately I don't know anything about it, maybe later on if I can manage to find some spare time. Here goes an address that could explain a bit more about our Association: [[http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wikimedia_CAT/en]]. A Chapter is some kind of administrative body which has legal recognition from the Wikimedia foundation and the local/regional or state legal laws and has the ability to raise funds and receive official support and probably funds to promote the Wikipedia tools; it may be helpful if you're trying to obtain let's say an open access from libraries or institutions, but I'm not an expert about it, so you can have a look at this page to understand it better: [[http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wikimedia_chapters]]. There is a UK Chapter among many others, I think I spoke with one of their members, a really nice person.
